Wolf and Dempsey Earn Skyline Women's Volleyball Weekly Awards

New York, NY| Sophomore Jackie Wolf and senior Kellianne Dempsey were named Women's Volleyball Player and Libero of the Week, respectively, when the Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Tuesday morning.
Jackie Wolf (So.) - Women's Volleyball Player of the Week
In a 5-0 week for the Golden Eagles, Wolf finished with 43 kills averaging 2.87 kills per set. She led SJNY with 13 service aces and collected 49 total digs (3.27 digs per set) en route to her first Player of the Week honor. Against St. Joseph's-Brooklyn, Wolf recorded a double-double of 18 kills and 15 digs.
Kellianne Dempsey (Sr.) - Women's Volleyball Libero of the Week
Dempsey led the Golden Eagles with 59 digs averaging 4.92 digs per set. She added 10 assists as well as 10 service aces over five matches. Dempsey picked up a team-high 24 digs in league wins over St. Joseph's-Brooklyn and Sarah Lawrence and is Libero of the Week for the second time this season.
