Just four minutes into action Owenburg was able to find space on the right side where the forward would put it over the keeper's right side for the first goal of the match

In the 21st minute, George Kanellopoulos of Maritime crossed the ball into the box and found the head of Song to tie the game at one apiece

Early into the second half, Maritime's Chris Vasquez was able to get a shot off on goal that was sent away by Vitale keeping the game level

In the 65th minute, Pensavllae took advantage of an open opportunity as the Sophomore found the ball at the top of the box and blasted one past the lower right side of the keeper to pull ahead 2-1

A few moments later the Privateers would see a couple of opportunities to tie the game but were sent away twice by Vitale
